What kinds of Zapier engagements do you offer?

We have three Zapier support tracks: 1) Consulting & Training where we help you understand and plan automation projects to self-implement, 2) Rapid Response (anything less than 2 days work) where we collect a brief from you, estimate and then schedule with our responsive development squad, or 3) Live Development where we assign and schedule your project with a developer to work closely with you to build and test in real-time.

Can you work with apps without Zapier connectors?

Yes we certainly can. This means working with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to move data between your apps. Zapier has an 'Custom API Call' module which we can use, or we can make use of a Custom Code Block. Usually application developers provide their users with documentation to help them know 'the language' that their application speaks when reading or writing data from/to it. Whilst we are entirely comfortable developing with custom API functionality, please note that it will increase the duration and fee of your Zapier projects.

What if my app has no api?

Your application not having an API is not ideal, but it's also not a dealbreaker. We can make use of an emerging technology called 'Browser Bots' to read/write data to and from your non-API connected apps. This can be plugged into a Zapier flow and sometimes we use a lookup table in an app such as Airtable or Coda if we need to store that data somewhere for future use.
