FastTrack Implementation
Asynchronous automation, delivered without delays or distractions.

FastTrack Implementation is a done-for-you, asynchronous automation service. It’s designed for clients who are ready to delegate and move fast without being part of a live build session. You simply show us what you want via a Done Perfectly Demo (your ideal workflow, step by step) or a ‘Loom In, Automation Out’ video (your current process and what you want changed). You Loom it in, we automate it out.
A fully built and tested automation solution, delivered without meetings or delays.
A clear, plain-language Loom video showing exactly how your automation works.
Concise documentation covering logic, maintenance, and what to do next with optional recommendations.
You know exactly what needs to be automated and can demonstrate the entire workflow.
You’ve scoped the workflow yourself or via our Pathfinder / InstantBuild discussions.
You’re too busy to collaborate live but want high-quality results.
You want rapid execution without managing the process.
How FastTrack Works
No back-and-forth. Just your automation: built, tested, and delivered.
Share Your Brief
Send us a Loom video or Done Perfectly Demo walking through your ideal workflow. This becomes our build blueprint.
We Scope, Build & Test
Our team reviews your brief, confirms feasibility, and builds the automation asynchronously; no meetings needed. We test everything before you see it.
You Review & Launch
We walk you through the finished automation, make any final tweaks, and hand it off with documentation and a warranty period.
This method works best in these situations. See where it shines (and where it doesn’t).
Best for
Clearly scoped automations you want delivered without live collaboration.
Workflows that don’t require discovery or planning, just execution.
One-way or linear automations, even with 2–3 connected platforms.
Tools with native integrations in Zapier, Make, Airtable, or APIs using basic authentication.
Not ideal for
Projects that need live feedback, step-by-step planning, or handholding.
Automations involving tools that require deep custom API work or unknowns.
Builds with extensive scripting, conditional branching, or multiple stakeholder involvement.
Systems where one automation is part of a broader architecture.
InstantBuild Pricing Options
Get your automation built live with an expert in a single session.
60 minute live implementation session with a certified platform expert.
Perfect for straightforward automations that need expert implementation.
You need a solution developed within the next few hours.
Ideal for complex workflows requiring additional development time.
Frequently asked questions
Still have questions?
Not a problem, our team of experienced experts are at hand to answer any questions you might have.
We usually determine if the project is the right fit for FastTrack beforehand, in which case we’ll let you know and advise you of the path forward before we even begin. Once we’ve determined it’s the right fit, then we’ll begin the FastTrack process.
Before delivery, we test the automation ourselves to make sure it performs as expected. Once handed over, you’ll also have a chance to test it on your side to confirm it runs correctly within your live environment. We include a short Loom walkthrough and documentation to help you understand how it works and what to expect.
No. If you want to be, then the AgileSync Development path is better for you. With Fastrack, you hand it off, and we handle the rest. We’ll only check in if we hit a blocker or need clarification.
No problem. If your project needs more discussion, we’ll flag that early and either guide you back to Pathfinder or into a more suitable delivery pathway.
Yes. Your brief is essential for us to scope and build your automation accurately. You can provide it in one of two ways:
- A Loom video, showing your current workflow and what you'd like to change.
- A Done Perfectly Demo, walking through your ideal workflow from start to finish.
These are the only formats we accept for FastTrack. They ensure we have the clarity needed to deliver without delay.
Yes, we offer one free Discovery Call to any new prospective customer. This call is designed to help you understand whether we’re the right fit and to briefly discuss your goals and needs. If you’re exploring a larger engagement and are comfortable with our project minimums, we’re happy to have a conversation to outline next steps.
We take confidentiality and data security seriously. We have clear practices in place to protect your information throughout your engagement with us. If you require an NDA to be signed, we’re happy to review and accommodate this. Please note that due to legal review requirements, an admin fee may apply.
Of course. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll issue a full refund. Within 24 hours, you’re still welcome to reschedule to another available slot.
Not unless you want to. You’re involved for feedback, not for development. We handle the build, while you help shape the direction. We usually need you to be present to be able to provide second-factor authentication codes, interact with the system for testing, or provide guidance on granular details of your business process.
If we realise early in the session that we can’t solve your problem or it’s outside the scope of what’s possible, we’ll say so. If it becomes clear within the first 10 minutes that we can’t help, we’ll offer a full refund. We’re here to deliver real value, or not charge at all. Sometimes this happens because of rock-hard technical limitations of an application in your tech stack, sometimes it’s because, as the size/complexity of your required solution becomes clearer, you realise it is going to require too large an investment versus your original thinking.
We work very hard to ensure InstantBuild is the right fit, but no session can guarantee a 100% solution without first understanding your exact needs. InstantBuild sessions are structured in two parts:
- 🛠️ Diagnosis: We begin by understanding your workflow, systems, and goals to diagnose the challenge properly.
- 🛠️ Prescription: Only after that do we prescribe and start building the solution live.
Because every case is unique, and unknowns can arise, we cannot guarantee an unconditional solution within one session. Before your session, we carefully review your goals, and if necessary, we’ll reach out via our pre-session guidance process to request further information. If we believe InstantBuild may not be the right fit after reviewing your inputs, we’ll advise you before the session so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.
In practice, most InstantBuild sessions result in successful builds, and our client testimonials reflect the speed, clarity, and outcomes we’re known for. But your success matters more than rushing, and we always act with transparency at every step.
If you already know what you want built, but it’s too large for one call, we’ll shift into scoping mode during the session and advise you on your best next step. You can learn how we handle incomplete builds below the FAQs.
Each session is focused primarily on automating one business process workflow or making one round of configuration in your apps to achieve your solution (e.g. Airtable/Jotform). If we finish early, we’ll use the remaining time to explore additional quick-win opportunities with no time wasted.
Yes. We’ll send a quick checklist and some additional guidance to help you prepare. The more you prepare, the more we can achieve in the session.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to reply to our team with questions or details before your session. We’ll also send a short pre-call email so you can upload anything we should know to prepare, ensuring we hit the ground running.
If you have a clearly defined one-way business process, apps with public connectors on Zapier/Make or a fairly minimal Airtable build scope, InstantBuild is likely a good fit. If you’re unsure, book a discovery call and we will guide you.
