The platform couldn’t support the team’s evolving operational needs or their vision for a seamless, scalable booking experience.
Away We Go Transportation relied on paper forms, Google Docs, and disconnected tools like TeamUp and Paperform to manage over 54,000 transport requests annually. This led to bottlenecks in ride allocation, invoice creation, and client communications. With no single source of truth, data errors, duplicate tasks, and staff fatigue were mounting, blocking the company’s growth and limiting operational visibility.
BB7’s finance workflows were fragmented and heavily manual. Invoices were rekeyed from Scoro to Business Central, and forecasting relied on static spreadsheets with no real-time data. This led to errors, duplicated work, and limited visibility. As they scaled, BB7 needed an integrated system that could automate their full finance lifecycle, from invoicing and “fee bill” system to revenue recognition.

MDF Store relied on spreadsheets and nightly manual planning to manage orders from their EKM e-commerce platform. Each day, the production team spent 4–5 hours cleaning data, rekeying orders, and manually grouping jobs, often fixing issues with dimensions, order types, or missing data. As operations grew, this process became unmanageable, limiting the company’s ability to scale or digitise its shop floor. Internal coordination and downstream communication suffered, with no real visibility into work stages or order status.

Doormatic relied on spreadsheets, email threads, and WhatsApp messages to manage their operations, from tracking manufacturer deliveries to updating customers and issuing invoices. Shipping updates were slow, installation scheduling was chaotic, and invoicing was handled manually in a legacy system without integration support.
