"I asked Flowmondo to help connect Ninox with Outlook Contacts to add a new contact or update an existing one should it be needed. Because of the way we interact with customers, the initial details collected can vary substantially, Flowmondo worked through making sure no duplicates could be created and the information was always going to be sent accordingly. During the testing of this Flowmondo identified that Ninox was sending the information to Ninox upon each field being completed which was causing problem. From there they created a webhook in Zapier and linked it to a button in Ninox for us to add customers to our contacts when we feel appropriate, this was a big plus for us and I am super grateful for their efforts!"
